For the past two years, the Bible Society in Tasmania has been providing local Christian Songwriters the opportunity to share the gifts and talents that God has placed on their lives through the Word Songwriting Showcase events.
2017 is proving to be our biggest and best year yet, with a brand new showcase in Devonport. This means people from all major centres in the state can experience the amazing talent within the Tasmanian Church.
Submissions are now open to Christian Songwriters for consideration in this year’s showcases.
The Word Songwriting Showcases are seeking bible-inspired songs for performance at the concert events in Hobart, Launceston and Devonport.
We would like to encourage Tasmanian Christian Songwriters to submit up to three songs for consideration. Each showcase is planned individually, allowing you to choose whether you would like be considered for one, two, or all three events. If you love to express your relationship with God through original songs, then we want to hear from you!
